So this is what I'm currently reading right now...I'm actually finished reading it...but this book is SOOOOOOOO AMAZING that I'm re-reading it over again...It really gives you 1.Knowledge 2.Wisdom 3.Understanding out of the 12 Jewels of the DIVINE MATHEMATICS...It's funny because I've been studying the Islam ways and really going hard on the SUPREME MATHEMATICS and the DIVINE ALPHABET...so this book just helped me even more into gaining more insight....RZA man, he's probably one of my favourite artist...simply because he comes with the TRUTH and I can really relate to him.......So if ya'll are looking for a good read that will give you the knowledge along with it...GO COP IT FOR REAL!PEACE

EXTREMELY Sorry...

I apologize to my readers...I've been away for along time...Lots of things have been happening in my life good and bad that I've gotten competely caught up in..Revamping my apartment...painting, getting new furniture ect....A person very dear to me passed away, I've been really pushing forth on eating better...getting on the complete vegan tip...working on a clothing line..painting..playing the guitar...writing music and much much more...so I completely apologize! I think it's the Sun...when it's Sunny outside my melanin just reacts in a very energetic way....it keeps me on a hot foot...........

but i'm back...and I will start posting again........

This past weekend it is said that Rapper GURU one half of the Legendary Group GANGSTARR suffered a heart attack and is in critical condition...it is also said that he is due to go to surgery today...Gangstarr is one of the groups as a yougin' growing up on real hiphop...I listened to...I have the albums...I've seen 'em live....so this is really sad to hear.....I truly hope he comes through all right....and many positive thoughts and vibes go out to him and his family......

Aight so ya'll should be familiar with the BOONDOCKS by now...if you ain't, go get ur copy of season 1 & 2...cuz it is one of the most thought provoking, at the same time funny and straight giving ya'll the truth cartoon every made.....I remember I couldn't wait to cop a source magazine just to read the boondocks comics, so ya know I was super excited when it became a tv show.........all I know is that when my daughter gets older the Boondocks is going to be her favourite cartoon...

JILL SCOTT...I got goosebumps watching this interview...especially during the part when she's talking about her son and the process of making her new album.....She has such a Beautiful Essence...I hope that one day I can get to that level of expressing myself creatively....and her new album is going to be called "LIGHT OF THE SUN" wow! Brilliant!

p.s. I also love the fact that she doesn't drive & is humble enough to take the bus..and Monique who I find sort of annoying...had enough love for Jill to take her to her appointment..I LOVE Friends who when your child's father isn't there can help out with some of the duties!

Since almost eveyone gets in the mind frame to change around this time...whether it is physical, spiritual or emotional being...I thought this quote was a perfect start to the motivation...I was reasoning with my sisterines the other day...and we were discussing things from what we need to do to change as far as what we eat because of all of this processed, steroid filled foods...to becoming closer to the MOST HIGH, to getting over personal feeling towards past relationships, friends etc.......and I just came to the conclusion that not only is life about seeking balance...but the core...the middle ground that holds the body & soul together is the mind....What I mean by this is...say you want to stop eating meat or junk food....what is the ultimate ruler of the action if achieved....your MIND...if you want to get over a past lover...it is your mind that seeks other things and over comes it......So i said to my sisterines we need to cultivate our mind and build it's strength and discipline in order to gain the rest........it is the mind that the evil doe'rs seek to control because of it's valuable state of rule over the entire being..............Even spirituality is gained through the mind because the mind instills the seed in order to discipline and stay on the path of righteousness.......the mind is what controls everything...the mind gives you the knowledge and the mind sheds the wisdom........So this new year....let us all start with a positive attitude.....even when the world seems to be rough....and getting rougher......there will be ZION....and when it comes you will be ready..........

BEST Things about 2010...

Almost every year around this time ppl get excited and start making plans for the new year...everyone says "this yr is going to be mine...it's going to be a good year!"...Myself, well ya'll already know I ain't the average...and plus my belief system is different from most...New Years to me my own personal one comes on my birthday...and as far as a collective new year it comes in Spring along with the Earth's energy...well that's what makes sense to me and that is what I follow...

BUT...since I'm living in a world where the majority believes in new year's being Jan 1st I thought i'd do a little forward reflection...and on the real...this coming year does seem like a good year for alot of reasons...

ONE being...



Those who know me know I LOVE SOCCER!!! and I take it very seriously...last world cup I almost broke my hand because I punched a wall so hard (cuz Italy won) I despise italy..lol.....but yeah I cannot wait...and the best part is it's in AFRIKA!!!


SECOND reason...





Myself & millions of other women LOVE LOVE LOVE sex and the city...and from the looks of the trailer they seem to be going to Egypt...aka Afrika Woo hoo!!!

Other reasons for 2010 being Greeeeeeaaaaat!...I'm hoping to purchase my first car, My daughter will be turning 3...on 10/10/10 which is a big number for numerology and for my daughter...I will be throwing a huge party for that!...

Good things are coming our way...but for it to get better it's gotta get worse...so unfortunately the world will be facing far worse things than we already have...but the sun will always come out...so always look for brighter days!!!

New PASSION...

Years ago I was learning to play the Afrikan drums from one of my Rasta Man bretherens...but ofcourse I didn't have my own drums so I couldn't continue...well, well, well, I FINALLY Purchased my own drums...it cost about a $100 and isn't the exact size I wanted but it will do for now....I'm hooked and practice to some Brazilian tunes and some old ska..........I'm in LOVE!!!
