TWO Become One...

You can really see how just being around JrGong how Nas humbles himself...but I understand Nas and his ego and cockiness as well...I really feel like them two together is a perfect example of Balance...I truly Give Thanks to Our Divine Creator for allowing this album to come out...because I've said it before and I say it again I needed it...the World needs it.........

EVOLVING Non Stop...

"They who play it safe, are quick to assasinate what they do not understand...They move in packs, ingesting more and more fear with every act of hate on one another, they feel most comfortable in groups, less guilt to swallow...They are us, this is what we have become, afraid to respect an individual...a single person, event or circumstance can move one to change, to Love ourselves, to EVOLVE!!!"

BLESSINGS On To You...

This past weekend it is said that Rapper GURU one half of the Legendary Group GANGSTARR suffered a heart attack and is in critical condition...it is also said that he is due to go to surgery today...Gangstarr is one of the groups as a yougin' growing up on real hiphop...I listened to...I have the albums...I've seen 'em live....so this is really sad to hear.....I truly hope he comes through all right....and many positive thoughts and vibes go out to him and his family......

Blessings!

PEACE,LOVE,BLESSINGS TO THE COUNTRY OF HAITI....my heart continues to break for the people:(

One Love

BLESS HAITI

Last night I went to see Avatar with one of guy bestfriends and we had such a good time...I loved the movie...but when I got home I hopped on my laptop and the first thing on my homepage read "the largest earthquake to hit Haiti...thousands dead"...My heart just sank...This is not a country that has had it easy...actually almost since Haiti has existed they have been struck by poverty, crime, war, and "natural" disasters.....I put quotations on natural only because there is a organization called H.A.A.R.P. that has generated technology that can pretty much control and manipulate weather......so u already know not everything is what it seems...ya gotta dig deeper......Anyway that's besides the point...before I went to sleep last night I meditated and did some chanting within my mind to send some positive energy and blessings towards the people in HAITI.......These are people who really deserve a break......

This is a BEAUTIFUL Country...
