Take a MINUTE

A few weeks ago I got into this altercation with some chick in my class....She ended up calling cops and getting the Dean of my school involved...I didn't do anything but react to her action....But I realized that I know myself better than that...and I need to turn up the volume on the discipline level.....anyway the girl blew things way outta porportion but I can only reflect and change my actions....Here's a quote I saw the other day that myself and most others strongly need to remember and understand......
