Let me start off by saying this has long been over due...espacially for those that know me...most of ya'll know I'm like google..lol..an abundance of information! Far from meaningless....I will be posting on HEALTH, NUTRITION, MUSIC, LOVE/RELATIONSHIPS, FASHION, BOOKS etc...Just different things I come across that will be beneficial in anyones life......I hope to ENLIGHTEN people while shedding the TRUTH...that is not in the public eye! But don't get it twisted...my blogs focus is not just on "conscious" things....Everybody gotta laugh and take it easy sometimes, so there will be a general mix of anything & everything...and most importantly you will get to know Me...MALAIKA...aka AnitaH SparkZ!!!
