I'm always hearing my mom talk about Dr.Oz said this and Dr.Oz said that about some sort of food we are eating...and after putting my critical thinking cap on I came to the conclusion that this so called "doctor" is just another agent working in the matrix trying to cloud our minds...
1. First of all we have the name...OZ, they love to put out these balatant names and symbolism to get into our subconscious and laugh at those who are conscious of it because we are not able to make the same impact as they can with the masses. (example: Barack Hussein (Sadaam) Obama (Osama)...well OZ you remember from the movie "Wizard of Oz" is one who pretended that he was a great God and turned out to be a little man behind all these props...well Dr.OZ is no different, feeding ppl bullsh*t information about health and food...navigating them away from Good Nutrition.
2. During the H1N1 scare he was on CNN saying that he wouldn't give the vaccination to his own kids...but was advocating the vaccination almost every day on his show...He even took a "fake" vaccination on the show. From when your a hypocrite your words loose weight.
3. The ultimate pimp...OPRAH...She got the red neck Dr.Phil famous and polluting peoples psychology now she got this loose ball OZ polluting people's body with garbage..anything or anyone she endorses has a plan in the works...She's a BIG time AGENT...But I'm not saying everything OZ says ain't the truth...but most of it is false..if you pay attention in the midst of him telling you that junk food is bad he'll throw in certain foods that are actually good for you and say it ain't good...Trust me I've watched his show enough to recognize this pattern.
4. Oz also is short for Osirus and it was said that certain evil individuals took the penis of Osirus and tried to use it's power...I'm not too good with the detail and the accuracey of this but I found it interesting that not only used OZ from "The wizard of Oz" but it also goes back to Osirus the God...and we all know how much they have stolen from our people of Egypt aka Kemet.
5. The food service industry and the National Food and Drug adminstration is a big money making machine...so anyone who is able to influence the masses like how Dr.Oz does cannot be completely good...remember the media is controlled and manipulated to close our minds!

I know there are many video's on youtube that talk about the whole Light Skin, Dark Skin issue...but the one that has been urking me from the time I first ever saw a music video was the lack of dark skinned, real females...so here's a video that gets different perspectives on why there's a lack of dark skin women in videos? One thing that is undenialble is that there is a bias towards light skinned women...BUT I also have to mention that in no way do I support the exploiting of women in these videos whether there dark,light or whatever It's NOT cool...

These days finding wholesome, truly natural food is like winning the lottery...I really don't know many people who actually pay attention to what they consume, let alone there own kids. Time and time again I see mothers giving there kids candy, chips, and juice to pacify there kid and keep 'em from crying and whinning...But what parents do not understand is that Children learn by example. Therefore if you are buying junk food and keeping things like cookies, chocolate etc in your household, you are giving your child the option of having the junk. I'm a mother myself and I barely buy any junk food. I understand the balance that one must have in everything...so I don't deprive my daughter of any sweets or junk because I overstand that it is also apart of being a kid...but I don't entertain her eating junk. I don't give her options, she doesn't see where I keep any of the junk if I do buy it and most importantly I use it as a treat, not an everyday thing. Eventually when she is able to undertand logic, I will teach her what is good and what isn't good for your body...which is an important aspect when your teaching a child to love them self! But before teaching you must educate your own self...so I thought I'd hit ya'll up with the 4 books in my own personal library that helped me in discovering, educating and applying healthy eating habits...

Aight so ya'll should be familiar with the BOONDOCKS by now...if you ain't, go get ur copy of season 1 & 2...cuz it is one of the most thought provoking, at the same time funny and straight giving ya'll the truth cartoon every made.....I remember I couldn't wait to cop a source magazine just to read the boondocks comics, so ya know I was super excited when it became a tv show.........all I know is that when my daughter gets older the Boondocks is going to be her favourite cartoon...

Some of us (not me) were smashed more than others...falling on the floor, droppin drinks and shieeet...But I had mad fun and I liked that I controlled my drinking where I was feeling nice and not nauseous cuz my '09 birthday ended with me throwing up in the club washroom.............lmao!
